Ebony Educational Publications ensure high quality publications and arouse people’s interest in publishing their research findings, ideas and at the same time receive credit for them.


Manuscript Assessment
All manuscripts are peer-reviewed and are expected to meet international standards for academic excellence. Manuscripts should not be more than 11 pages maximum including references. If the publish length is more than 11 pages, each extra page attracts US$10 for every exceeding page. The submission must follow the journal template. Our editing personnel can provide this service to authors by charging additional US$20.

The identity of the authors and their affiliations are concealed before the manuscript gets to the peer reviewers to ensure an unbiased outcome. For manuscripts bordering on security issues, the editor may seek further clarifications before accepting same for publications.


Plagiarism Check
To ensure that plagiarism is minimized and speedy publishing of manuscripts, authors are requested to attach result from anti-plagiarism software checker which they must have subjected their work to. Any manuscript that has more than Thirty (30%) percent similarity index will be rejected. However, Authors will sign an undertaking that the manuscript being submitted is as a result of original work by them and should be held responsible for any copyright violation. All sources must be properly referenced at the point they are being used.

Concurrent Submission
Manuscripts that have been previously published, no matter the language used will not be acceptable unless with the express permission from the original publisher to republish in English Language. Manuscripts previously published on Institutional Repository will be accepted for publication. Likewise, manuscripts submitted to Ebony Journals must not be submitted elsewhere while under consideration or must be withdrawn before being submitted elsewhere.

Indexing
Ebony Journals are indexed with Orker citations Database and are being considered by other indexing bodies. The results will be made available as soon as they are received.

Publication Fees
Three copies of the published paper (imprint) will be sent to the corresponding author for his/her library. Ebony journals will charge a token of US$95 as the manuscript processing fee which covers the cost of sending the 3 copies of the imprint through surface mail to the corresponding author. Any extra copy of the imprint will attract additional US$15. In the case of courier delivery, the author will make additional payment depending on the destination.

Method of Payment
If we know the country where the payment will be made from, we give you our corresponding bank in that country to enable you pay in your local currency.

Copyright and Licensing
Copyright is retained by the authors while the articles are licensed under Open Access Creative Common license. That means that any person can download and read the article for free. However, the article can be quoted provided the original published version is cited. It is very essential that authors obtain permission to reproduce any published materials like tables and figures etc., for which they do not hold the copyright, from the copyright owners before making use of them.
